Pearland Texas is one of the fastest growing communities in the state. Finding a brand new home in Pearland is getting harder to find. Only a few small new home communities are available.
Gehan Homes Province Village is located at the corner of the Pearland Parkway and 518 (Broadway). Gehan Homes in Province Village was able to secure enough land to build only 90 homes priced from the $250s. At the time I am writing this article, Gehan Homes in Province Village has only 15 lots available to choose from. However, they do build "Inventory Homes" At the moment, they have five inventory homes being built, two of which are move-in-ready !
Province Village kids go to the highly rated Pearland Independent Schoold District. The tax rate for Province Village in Pearland is 3.58% and the HOA dues are $600 a year.

I always like to go up in the attic to evaluate a new home builder. The quality of construction found in the attic can always expose any cut corners or cheap matierials that might have been used. In this Gehan home, they are using a very nice HVAC system and installed the very effective TechShield heat radient roof decking. This home also includes two large natural gas water heaters.
